We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the quality of all artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, it can be returned or exchanged under our return policy as outlined below.*

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any loss in artwork value.

Cancellations:Change your mind? Not a problem. To request a cancellation, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours after order placement to cancel your order.

Custom Orders: Due to customized options, sales on all custom orders are considered final (unless there is an error on our part).

* Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital items, sales on all digital items including NFT tokens and NFT digital artwork files are considered final. 

*Cryptocurrency: Due to the market fluctuations, full refunds may not be possible for transactions involving cryptocurrency. Refunds are based on market value at the time a returned item has been received.

Damages: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) and we will arrange for new artwork to be created for you.

Refunds: Refunds will typically appear on your account within 48-72 hours.
